Paradise Suites Policies

Check in time:

Preferred check in time is 3:00 pm 

Check out time:

Mandatory check out time is 11:00 am

Late Arrival time:

Late arrival time is 9:30 pm or courtesy phone call requested.

Service dogs:

While service dogs are not charged an additional fee at Paradise Suites, they are subject to the same damage fees as the owner. All service animals must be housebroken.

Unless the owner is blind, physically unable to bend or in a wheelchair; the etiquette at Paradise Suites is to clean up after your dog in an appropriate manner (2 Doggie Service Stations are available outside).

All dogs must be always on a leash when outside.

Disruptive policy:

Disruptive persons & or gatherings are prohibited regardless of size. Disturbances to the surrounding rooms & community such as excessive noise, unregistered guests, excessive trash, indoor smoking, excessive drinking, parking nuisances, trespassing, vandalism & unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. While these guidelines don’t cover every possible scenario, they are designed to offer general guidance on Paradise Suites’ disruptive policy.

Liability: Paradise Suites is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or to their belongings during their stay.

Quite Hours:  

Guests should respect the designated quiet hours of Paradise Suites from 10:00pm to 6:00am For the peace & comfort of the surrounding habitat & guests.

Visitors:

Visitors must be always accompanied by a registered guest. 


Trash removal
:

Please DO NOT set garbage bags outside your lodge. For the safety of the wildlife,

 just call us & we will collect it for you (907-723-9926 & 907-209-8049). 

House Rules:

All leftover food goes in trash can.

Used cooking oil goes in trash can NOT down the sink! 

No smoking inside any Paradise Suite facilities at any time. Although Paradise Suites does not encourage cigarette smoking, it is permitted outside 50 feet of premises. Please pick up your cigarette butts.

Report any damage immediately.

Place used wet towels in bathtub when requesting clean towels.

Hang used towels to dry if able to reuse.

Room service available upon request or automatically every other day, cleaning fee is attached.

Well behave kids….must be supervised at all times

Fence boundaries: Do not walk beyond the fenced off boundaries for your safety.

 No Trespassing signs are clearly posted to keep people from a potentially dangerous area.

Do not attempt to climb or go around the fence at any point for your own safety.

Hot Tub Policies

Pls shower before entering hot tub

 do not turn off Tub unless an emergency. 

Do not change temperature of water

Do not adjust any controls

Feel free to adjust the jets

Pls replace spa cover after each use


Do not sit or lie down on spa cover

Do not use soap or oils in spa

  • Not recommended for pregnant women. Be aware that using a hot tub during pregnancy exposes yourself to unnecessary risks & higher than usual temperatures. Should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.


Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure or any serious illness should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub

Use appropriate outdoor cups when in hot tub or outside – do not use GLASS

ALL children aged 14 & under must be supervised by an adult when in the hot tub.

No diving, pushing or “horseplay” while in hot tub

Please wear appropriate swimwear in hot tub

Please refrain from sex while in the hot tub as it creates unsanitary water for everyone else & possible health risks for yourself.

Property Engineer will service hot tub daily.


Children & Beds

Rollaway/extra beds are not available

Cribs (infant beds) are not available

Children of all ages are welcome.

Children 13 and above will be charged as adults at this property.

2-12 years of age - $15 per child per night

Age restriction- minimum age for check-in is 21


All major Credit Cards
are accepted at this property

Paradise Suites accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

**There is no front desk at this property

Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions –

your host will greet you at property

To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation


Fees

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

Cleaning fee: USD 100.00 per accommodation, per stay (varies per unit)

Taxes will be charged on final bill 7.85%

Government-issued photo identification and a credit card, debit card, or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed

The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation
